The Manager of Business Development is responsible for sourcing, securing, managing and growing partnership
opportunities to complement Aible and accelerate its growth goals.
Job Duties
- Support the Vice President of Business Development to execute and expand our partnership strategy.
- Meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Understand the win/win value proposition for each party and be able to communicate it to internal/external stakeholders.
- Developing and communicating requirements for a successful partnership.
- Manage the successful integration, onboarding, and launch of new partnerships.
- Drive the enablement of partners to source and close sales opportunities and provide post sale support.
- Co-management of our growing partnership relationships to:execute upon existing strategic partnership plans, and develop new, mutually beneficial partnership plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, sales & marketing on successful partnership plan execution.
- Contacting prospective partners and responding to inbound partnership inquiries to qualify the opportunities.
- Attend events as a representative of Aible.
Skill/Qualifications

Experience in:
- Conducting business at the executive level and with global partners.
- Generating revenue through partnerships.
- Collaborating within and across teams to achieve specific goals within a defined schedule.
- Reviewing & negotiating legal documents (e.g. typical partnership agreements, MNDA’s, etc.)
- Have worked with legal teams to successfully negotiate & close deals with balanced terms.
- Complex project management.

- A BS/BA (preferred in in engineering, computer science or similar)
- Experience in business development, alliances, and partnerships at a leading, dynamic technology innovator.
- Start-up & AI, analytics or business intelligence industry experience preferred.
Extra Credit Skills
- The Manager of Business Development will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development, and collaborate with the majority of the Aible team to some degree.

Aible is seeking an experienced Back-end Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, databases, data warehouses, analytics and RESTful APIs. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems and infrastructure. MUST HAVE: 3+ years experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain back-end systems and infrastructure
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs
- Utilize analytics to improve system performance and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
Candidate must have:
- Strong proficiency in Python (eg. PyArrow, Flask, and NumPy)
- Experience with databases and data warehouses (eg. Postgres, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP) via containers (Docker)
- Experience with RESTful API development

The Solution Engineer is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in the company's technology infrastructure and remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. To accomplish this, the Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to discover key requirements and use cases, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements focused on providing business value.
Prior experience with AI, Analytics, Data Science, database technology and enterprise selling in a customer-facing role is desirable. Additional key skills needed for this role are communication, presentation, relationship development, and ability to both simply and deeply explain complex technology to a wide variety of audiences (Business executives, analysts, users, and skilled technicians). Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer goals and challenges and map those back to the Aible’s product portfolio across Generative AI, augmented analytics, augmented data engineering, and data science
- Design, build, and demonstrate innovative AI solutions to address these challenges
- Present Aible’s AI solutions, including demonstrating deep familiarity with software, data, and security
- Provide support in curating the demo library with product and customer success organizations
- Participate in all appropriate product, sales, technical training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position
- Independently, stay current on evolving AI technologies and trends
- Provide customer and market feedback to Aible leadership and product teams
- Attain quarterly and annual objectives defined collaboratively with management
- Active participation in a fast-paced high-energy market segment and balance multiple projects in a team-selling environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
- 2+ more years experience as a solution/sales engineer
- Knowledge of related applications, relational database, analytics, and web technology
- Web and database programming experience such as SQL, Python, Javascript, REST/SOAP, HTML5/CSS, SQL, etc. is a plus
- Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to solve technical problems
- Ability to travel domestically
